Preparation
In order to get the most out of your journey we have some protocols for preparation.

We have a focus on both preparation and integration in order to get the most out of your journey.

The preparation starts with questioning why you want to have this experience. Before the journey we will send you materials with guiding questions, exercises to try, and general information about the best practices around psychedelics. Various physical and mental preparations are available.

Together we will carefully curate the correct mindset and setting.

We advise a simple diet in the days and weeks preceding the session. However there is no right or wrong here as each person has a unique body chemistry. These are guidelines developed by experienced practitioners but have plenty of room for flexibility.

On the day of the journey we ask you to arrive with an empty but not starving stomach. Eating something light 2-3 hours before the session is ideal.

If you are traveling from abroad we ask you to arrive with enough time to acclimate yourself to the European time zone.

Proper preparation can help reduce resistance during the session and clear the intention to streamline the spirit. We provide personalized care to reduce anxiety and ensure your optimal comfort along the way.

Breathwork

There are many different techniques involving breath. The influence we have over our breath is a powerful tool.

Movement

All types of movement have a profound healing effect. We utilize various forms including but not limited to dance, yoga and active stretching.

Chanting

Singing, chanting, humming and making music is a consistent element in traditional facilitated sessions. It helps us connect with out bodies and bring us into the now.

Bodywork

Touch can be a bridge to connection and relaxation. With careful consideration to your personal needs, bodywork can be integrated into the session.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

EFT is found to be an “evidence-based” practice for anxiety, depression, phobias, and PTSD. This is a powerful aid in neutralizing the bodies stress response.

Meditation

We will curate for you the optimal mediation methods in the form of gazing, breathing, rhythmic movement and sound.

Sensory input

Our senses influence how we experience reality, even an augmented one. Tailored soundscapes, scents and even taste can help to surrender and get the most of your journey.

Visualization

Personal visualizations and affirmations can be predetermined with your initial intention for the session, or slowly uncovered throughout the journey. They can be transformative.
